Portrait of the Month/December 1999
Mrs. Jones from Melfa, VA knows that the special gifts in her life, her children, can be preserved forever in professional portraits. Years from now she'll be able to feel the warmth of holding her baby son next to her beautiful young daughter. It's a feeling that can never be taken from her.
Portrait of the Month/November 1999
One of the members of the Phillips family has been through a long battle with cancer and conquered it! This family knows what it truly means to share special moments together and that, after all, is one of the best reasons for having a professional family portrait made.

Greg, from Salisbury, MD, has signed a book contract with a London agency that will help promote his fledgling international modeling career. This is one of two photographs that will appear on the book jacket.

Marianne and Chris are engaged to be married this December. This simple environmental portrait, beautifully color coordinated, serves to capture the excitement they share about their upcoming wedding day.
Portrait of the Month/August 1999
High school senior Lauren doesn't know it yet, but she's probably experiencing the greatest year in her young life. She figured the best way to portray her unique interests and lifestyle was to have some of her senior portraits created at the beach. The billfold portraits she had made will probably go like hot cakes with her high school friends and family, while the wall portrait that her parents have at home will be appreciated everyday when she leaves for college next fall.
Portrait of the Month/July 1999
Having known the Capello family for years, photographing both weddings and children, it was a pleasure creating their three generation family portrait at the Wicomico River home of the elder couple in Salisbury, MD.
Portrait of the Month/June 1999
All brides are beautiful and Julie, an Alabama transplant who grew up in Salisbury, MD, certainly personifies the elegance that every girl dreams of conveying on her wedding day. I hope that this classic portrait created in the studio will long convey that to Julie, her husband, and the future generations of family members that follow.
Portrait of the Month/May 1999

Athletics can be a big part of a student's high school experience. Sometimes parents wish to savor their kids' sports achievements in action photographs as opposed to more traditional studio portraits. My son, Ian, is pictured here in this collage depicting his outstanding season as a senior pitcher at James M. Bennett High School in Salisbury, MD. My wife and I have gotten tremendous pleasure from watching Ian and his senior buddies (Dan, Jack, Matt, Randy, and Rob) participate in baseball for the past 8 to 10 years. These photographs will help us relive some of those memories.
Portrait of the Month/March 1999
This young lady was photographed early in the month of March on the beautiful campus of the University of Georgia. Who says you can't look beautiful in the winter? A professional portrait photographer can bring out your best at any time of year.
Portrait of the Month/February 1999
The love that a mother feels for her newborn child is unsurpassed! Capturing that feeling in a professional portrait is a wonderful way for the Tilghmans to celebrate Valentine's Day and save that moment forever!
Portrait of the Month/January 1999
Dick Moore, retired editor of the Daily Times in Salisbury, MD is being honored this month for over 42 years of service to his community, in general, and to the Rotary Club of Salisbury, in particular. We're proud to have been selected to create Mr. Moore's portrait for that occasion and salute him on his unselfish accomplishment.
